What this tool is

PokePax Comment Tools (the "App") is a private, internal software tool operated by Paxton Haggerty, doing business as PokePax, Trenton, Georgia, USA. The App is used solely by the operator to manage giveaways and comments on his own YouTube channel, Poke Pax (@pokepax15).

No public service

The App is not a public product or service. It is not offered, licensed, or made available to any third party, and no account or access is provided to anyone other than the operator. No fees are charged to anyone in connection with the App.

How the App interacts with viewers

• The App reads public comments on the Poke Pax channel's own videos to identify giveaway entries (comments containing a code word announced in the video).
• The App posts automated confirmation replies from the channel's own account to entrants' comments.
• Giveaway rules — including eligibility, entry deadlines, and prizes — are stated in each giveaway video and its description, and those rules govern each giveaway.

Acceptable use

The operator uses the App only in compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube Developer Policies, and applicable law. The App accesses only the operator's own channel data, does not scrape other channels, and does not store or redistribute YouTube data beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" for the operator's internal use. The operator is not liable for interruptions in giveaway processing caused by platform outages, API limits, or other events outside his control; affected giveaway entries made by commenting on the video remain valid as stated in each video's rules.
