PokePax ("we", "us") operates the Poke Pax YouTube channel (@pokepax15) and a private, internal software tool called PokePax Comment Tools (the "App"). The App is used only by the channel owner to run giveaways on the channel's own videos. This policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored.
The App is operated by Paxton Haggerty, doing business as PokePax, Trenton, Georgia, USA. Contact: phpoke15@gmail.com.
The App uses the YouTube Data API, authorized by the channel owner through Google OAuth, and acts only on the Poke Pax channel. It accesses:
The App does not access any other channel's private data, does not collect viewers' Google account information, email addresses, or passwords, and does not track viewers off YouTube.
Entrant records (public channel name, channel ID, and comment ID) are stored only on the operator's own computer. Records are kept for the duration of a giveaway cycle and for winner record-keeping afterwards. They are never uploaded to third-party analytics or advertising services.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any information the App accesses with third parties. Information is disclosed only if required by law.
The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Comments on YouTube are public and controlled by your own YouTube settings. If you commented on a Poke Pax video and would like your entry record removed, contact us at phpoke15@gmail.com and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
